Payroll: Payroll Home
Mission StatementThe Office of Payroll is a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to paying University employees on-time and accurately, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the University’s mission of teaching and learning, faith and formation, and service and leadership. We provide payroll processing that is accurate, timely and in compliance with University policy and federal and state regulations. We respond to the unique needs of a diverse community by maintaining confidentiality, embracing the individuality of our employees, and working as a team with other departments to ensure all employees are paid both accurately and timely, creating an environment of trust and accountability for our work.
W-2's are now available in employee self-serve for those who have signed up for electronic delivery.
Paper W-2's will be mailed out to your permanent address on January 28th.

Go to employee self-serve to sign up for electronic delivery of your annual W-2 form.
You will receive an email when the forms are ready and you will receive it sooner than the printed forms.
Missed Payment Form
If you did not enter hours into web time entry you will need to fill out the new Missed Payment Form and have your supervisor sign it and return it to payroll so we can add your hours to your paycheck.
2015 Oregon Minimum Wage is $9.25 per hour effective 1/1/2015
Social Security Wage Base
2015 = $118,500.00
Authorization to WorkA person cannot work until they have completed an I-9 with the Office of Human Resources. This must be completed within 3 business days of the employee’s start date. The employee must also submit a W-4 form prior to their first pay date for proper calculation of taxes.
Time Sheet RemindersThe payroll office would like to encourage you to set up calendar reminders in Outlook for completing, submitting, and approving time sheets.
