Christina Prucha hails from St. Louis, Missouri where she was most recently the Director of Library Services at State Technical College of Missouri. She has an undergraduate degree in French and intercultural communication from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, as well as a master of arts degree in French pedagogy and a master of library science degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson. She is currently completing degree requirements for a doctorate of education from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri where her research focuses on comparing administrative and librarian perspectives on faculty status for librarians. When not working on her dissertation, Christina enjoys spending time with her family and their dog. She looks forward to her family joining her in Portland where they plan to spend as much time as possible outside enjoying the breathtaking Pacific Northwest.
