Can accommodations be applied retroactively?
Typically, no - accommodations apply to activities moving forward after the Accommodation Plan has been created and signed. Therefore, it is important - when requesting accommodations - that you allow ample time for the request process. We typically recommend submitting requests at least 4 weeks prior to the start of each semester to ensure any approved accommodations will be available to you by the start of the semester.
