Meet Spencer, beloved pug of UP student Rachel Booth, one of the recipients of the 2018-2019 Brian Doyle Humor Scholarships.
For her scholarship project, Rachel created a Facebook feed for Spencer to showcase his inherent funny side—who can look at a pug and not want to laugh?!
Rachel's goal: "To make a difference by lifting people up and making them smile... I sincerely hope that it can help others as the fun little pick-me-up I intended!"
