Bruce Drake is the Associate Dean and Director of Undergraduate Programs for the Pamplin School of Business. His education includes degrees from Dartmouth in economics, Stanford M.B.A., and University of Washington Ph.D. He has been at the University for 18 years after previously teaching at Lewis & Clark College in Portland and Wayne State in Detroit. He currently teaches the M.B.A. leadership course and coordinates the undergraduate and M.B.A. Internship courses. He has previously taught organizational behavior, organizational design, and organizational change. His scholarship has linked topics in organizational behavior with themes in business ethics involving leadership, employee development, and communication.
