About
Claire McKinley-Yoder, PhD, RN, CNE, is the BSN Program Director and an Assistant Professor at the University of Portland, School of Nursing and Health Innovations. Dr. McKinley-Yoder completed her PhD in Nursing from Villanova University, MSN with an emphasis as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at the University of Pennsylvania in 2000 and BS in Biology degree at Oregon State University in 1997. She joined the faculty of University of Portland in 2020 after working as an assistant professor at the Oregon Health and Science University. Her research interests include the educational outcomes of childhood disability, pediatric public health, and nursing education.
