A man of many talents, Fr. Ed provides gourmet food, pastoral care, and great conversation to the women of Kenna, whenever he's not on assignment in his role as Special Assistant to the Vice President for University Relations.
Fr. Edwin Obermiller, CSC returned to the University of Portland in 2013 as the Special Assistant to the Vice President for University Relations. He had previously served at the University from 1995 until 2006. During that time period he served as Director of Campus Ministry and lived in Villa and Corrado Hall. He left the University to serve the Holy Cross province first as Vocation Director and then as an Assistant Provincial. He was ordained to the priesthood in April of 1996. He serves as the pastoral resident in Kenna Hall.
