Jack Kondrasuk is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Portland's Pamplin School of Business. Dr. Kondrasuk attended the University of St. Thomas, University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and the University of Minnesota?ultimately getting a doctorate focusing on psychology, industrial relations, and management. He was in charge of the college recruiting program at a Honeywell division and was the corporate expert on psychological testing. Presenting middle-management seminars around the U.S. and being responsible for a supervisory training program for all supervisors were two of his charges at Control Data Corp (later Unisys). He worked for the largest group of industrial psychology consultants (RHR International) doing psychological evaluations of executives. Teaching at the University of Portland was interrupted by an assignment as Assistant to the President in charge of Planning. Although he has conducted research in various topic areas (e. g. training, wellness programs, management consulting, negligent hiring, MBO, violence in the workplace), his research interests presently focus on employee job performance and the effects of terrorism on the workplace. He has about 30 presentations at professional conferences and over 60 professional.
