About

Sandra Calm, MS, RN, is an Instructor at the University of Portland, School of Nursing and Health Innovations. Instructor Calm completed her MS in Nursing at the University of Portland in 2010 and BS degree in Organismal Biology and General Science at Portland State University in 2006. She joined the faculty of University of Portland in 2011 after working as an adjunct faculty of Linfield Good Samaritan School of Nursing. Her research interests include the effect of floatation therapy on chronic pain as well as the role of compassion in nursing education.
