Students should attempt to resolve any grievances they may have with their school first. Should attempts to resolve these problems with appropriate school officials fail, or should the student be dissatisfied with the final outcome of the college complaint process, then the Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC), can respond to a formal complaint. Students may contact the Higher Education Coordinating Commission, 3225 25th St. SE, Salem, OR 97302 or by sending an email to complaints@hecc.oregon.gov. Students may also access the HECC Complaints web page or visit the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA) complaints page.
File a complaint, report suspicious activity, or provide positive feedback via the FSA Feedback System.
The Oregon Department of Justice's Consumer Protection Division protects consumers in the marketplace, primarily by enforcing Oregon's Unlawful Trade Practices Act. Consumers are helped through the Section's efforts to informally resolve matters between consumers and businesses. Its main purpose is to identify and eliminate the most serious threats to Oregon consumers.

All students at the University are required to submit a Health History form as well as an Immunization History form that provides, according to Oregon State Law, proof of having received two doses of the measles or MMR vaccine. Students are also strongly encouraged to submit a current copy of their immunization records to the Health Center.
