Randy Hetherington came from Alberta, Canada, to join the UP faculty in the School of Education in 2016. He earned his EdD in 2014 from The University of Alberta in educational administration and leadership. He currently teaches educational research and leadership courses at the graduate level, and undergraduate courses on inclusive and equitable classroom communities. Randy’s areas of research include the superintendency, organizational efficacy, clinical practice, and school improvement.
