What application materials can I send via email or fax?
Letter of recommendation, personal statement, and notification that you are applying for a home government scholarship can be emailed or faxed.
Application documents not acceptable by email or fax:
- Undergraduate Application (submit as online University of Portland application or as a completed paper application).
- $50 application fee (can be paid by check, money order, wire transfer, or via the online application; make checks payable to the University of Portland).
- Official secondary school transcripts or school leaving exam reports translated into English by a certified translator. (English translations need to be accompanied by the original language transcript. Transcripts need to have the original stamp and signature from the ministry or the school.)
- Official transcripts from any post-secondary institutions (if applicable).
