How to set up a Zoom virtual background:

  1. Save the image you want to use.
  2. In the Zoom program, click the Settings wheel on the right hand side.
  3. Select “Virtual Background."
  4. Click the “+ Add Image” to upload your photo to Zoom.
  5. Check the “Mirror my video” box (this will either show up below your image, or under "Video" settings). The image will look backwards to you but will appear normal to the person you are meeting with.
