The Faith-Based Leader Program is designed for students who want to experience the challenges and opportunities facing faith leaders in non-profit organizations. Interning as an executive assistant for a senior leader in either the Church or another faith-based organization, each student will experience the reality of its day-to-day operations while, at the same time, discerning God’s call to use his or her gifts and talents.
We invite students to apply to the Program as sophomores. Participants will take a course in leadership as first semester juniors. This course will lead into a placement process with a local faith-based organization and a paid internship with one of these organizations during the summer between their junior and senior years.
