What are you most excited about for your Next Port?

I am most excited to explore a new city and meet new people! I am excited to learn more about New Moms (the organization I will be volunteering with) and how they are tackling issues in Chicago.

What is your favorite memory from UP?

My favorite memory has been this past year! I’ve taken some really awesome courses, met so many new, wonderful people, worked in the best office at UP (admissions!), and have really experienced the special community we have here.

Was there a faculty or staff member, or department that specially helped you land your Next Port?

Yes! The Career Center helped me talk through my discernment process and reviewed my entire Jesuit Volunteer Corps application. Also, The Moreau Center for Service and Justice got me involved and inspired to do a year of post grad service.
