What are you most excited about for your Next Port?

I am looking forward to moving to Chicago and being able to further my social work career in a new city!

What piece of advice would you give to yourself as a first-year student?

I would encourage my freshman self to try different avenues and opportunities than I would naturally gravitate to as doing so has opened a lot of different doors for me.

Was there a faculty or staff member, or department that specially helped you land your Next Port?

I would love to thank Professor Lizz Schallert for their amazing mentorship throughout my years at UP and for their intentional and radical contributions to social work that inspired me to further my social work education.
