After UP: Cap & Gown Pick up

Graduating seniors are invited to celebrate your accomplishments as a UP student before Commencement. Pick-up your cap and gown and learn about ways to stay involved as you transition from students to alumni. Pick up is in the Beauchamp Center. Please enter from the side door on Warren Street across from Campus Safety. 

Please arrive anytime during the times listed below:

  • Thursday, May 2, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Friday, May 3, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Allow approximately 15 minutes to: 

  • Complete a brief survey on your post-graduation plans and goals
  • Pick-up your cap and gown 
  • Grab your free gift from  UP Alumni
Your cap and gown is worn during the Baccalaureate Mass and Commencement. 
If you can't make it, you can pick up your cap and gown outside the Chiles Center one hour prior to all commencement ceremonies and Mass. 

Who will be there?

 

Career Education Center

The Career Education Center will be on hand to administer the post-graduation survey you will take upon entering the event. This information will be used for future programming and services to support UP alumni. For students still seeking post-graduation plans, information on alumni career resources and guides will be available.
