The Summer Programs & Conferences office is where students interested in event planning can thrive. Every day presents new opportunities to collaborate with teammates and the community we serve. If you’re like us, you’ll love every minute of it. We are always interested in meeting UP students who want to learn about a career in conferences, events planning, and the hospitality industry.
We employ part time staff & students in the summer months to help with event logistics, scheduling venues, making directional signage and assisting with office operations. We recruit people who are passionate about UP, show initiative, possess excellent communication skills, have experience in customer service, and want to become a part of a tight-knit team.
