Contributions To Other Organizations
Only the University President or the Vice President for University Relations may make charitable contributions to other organizations. All such contributions will be charged to the Department of University Relations unless otherwise approved by the Vice President for Financial Affairs.
This includes, but is not limited to, purchases of tables or tickets to events, sponsorship of employees in charitable activities, donations of equipment and supplies, and direct donations of University funds.
