What do I need to do so the Health Center can bill my health insurance?
- Upload photos of the front and back of your insurance card.
Login to the secure patient portal using your normal UP login and password.
Go to the Insurance Card tab and click the teal Update button.
Upload clear, well-lit photos of the front AND back of your insurance card.
- Bring your insurance card with you to your appointment at the Student Health Center.
- Make sure we have your correct local mailing address. Any bills that you are responsible for will be sent to the mailing address that you provide to the Student Health Center
