According to our confidentiality policy, the Health Center does not share any student's health information with faculty members; therefore the Health Center does not write sick notes to excuse absences.
If you need to miss class due to an illness or injury, please communicate with your professors to let them know. UP Faculty are aware of our policy and should trust that you are missing class for a legitimate health reason. If your professor has any questions or concerns about this policy, please direct them to contact the Health Center at 503.943.7134 or hcc@up.edu.
