Mailing Services

Mailing Services provides comprehensive postage and mailing services to the University community. We sort and deliver mail to most campus business locations and offer outgoing mail and package services in the United States using USPS and UPS. Our full-service experts are happy to assist you in your mailing and packaging needs.  

Campus Deliveries 

• Waldschmidt Hall delivery begins at 1:30 p.m. daily, Mon.-Fri.
• Buckley Center mailboxes delivery begins at 10:30 a.m. daily, Mon.-Fri..
• Additional deliveries are on an as needed bases to the following locations: Bookstore, Campus Safety, Career Center, Clark Library, Garaventa Center, Graduate School, Orrico Hall, Pamplin School of Business, School of Education, St. Mary's Student Center, and Swindells Hall. 
• There is no delivery to Alumni, Athletics, Beauchamp Center, Facilities Services, Institutional Research, Saturday Academy, Shiley School of Engineering, and University Events. These departments pick up their mail/packages at Mailing Services. 

Faculty & Staff Personal Package Mailing Hours 10-11:00 a.m.

Please have all packages addressed, taped, labeled, and ready to mail.

Packages with prepaid labels may be dropped off any time during office hours 8 a.m.-4 p.m. (closed noon-1 p.m.), Mon.-Fri.  To purchase prepaid postage labels, please visit USPS.com.
