The Lloyd District is best known for the Lloyd Center shopping mall and a 10-screen movie theater sits adjacent to the mall. The Rose Quarter is home to the Moda Center, home of the Portland Trail Blazers and numerous concerts and events, and the Memorial Coliseum where the Portland Winterhawks play. A number of restaurants line both Broadway and Weidler Streets as well as Grand Ave. and Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard. You'll find classic standbys like Red Robin and Stanford's, and Portland favorites like McMenamin's, Altabira City Tavern, and Citizen Baker.

How to Get There

Take Willamette Blvd. to N. Rosa Parks Way. | Turn right on Greeley Ave. | Continue onto I-5 South. | Exit at 302A toward Moda Center/City Center. | Follow signs to the Rose Quarter, merging onto N. Vancouver Ave. | Turn left on Weidler St. Trip time: 15 minutes/5.4 miles.

TriMet 44 leaves from the main campus entrance every 40 minutes. Exit at the Rose Quarter Transit Center for the Moda Center or Memorial Coliseum. Continue on foot to the Lloyd District or ride MAX two stops to Holladay Park. Trip time: 38 minutes.
