Technical Services provides Cisco Voice over IP (VoIP) video telephone service to faculty and staff. This includes digital voicemail which is also accessible via email. Audio conferencing is available to staff and faculty via the MeetMe feature accessible on Cisco phones. Contact the Help Desk (help@up.edu or X7000) to reset voicemail, request telephone service or to schedule a MeetMe audio conference call.
