The Northwest Independent College Business Officer’s Association is an unincorporated organization, governed by bylaws which were first adopted in 1969:
History of Annual Meeting Hosts
NICBOA meets at least annually, typically in the spring, at one of its host campuses. Tradition has the annual meeting alternating between an Oregon campus and a Washington campus. We are currently looking for volunteers to host in 2025 (Washington) and 2026 (Oregon)!
