The University of Portland is excited to host the 2024 annual meeting of the Northwest Independent College Business Officers Association on April 11-12, 2024.
The Northwest Independent Colleges Business Officers Association (NICBOA) is a free collaboration of staff at all levels within the Accounting, Budget, Business Office, Payroll, and Student Accounts/Bursar teams. It is an opportunity for peers across the Pacific Northwest to collaborate and openly discuss ideas, post questions, provide answers and gain valuable knowledge.
NICBOA members collaborate on the NICBOA listserv and annually come together in person and virtually to network and talk specifically about topics that are relevant for our teams. Best of all, participation in NICBOA and the annual conference is FREE!
For our annual meeting on April 11th and 12th, we will offer CPE eligible sessions (for in person attendees), including multiple round table and break-out sessions, a panel conversation led by UP staff, and a presentation by the accounting firm Moss Adams. Virtual participation will be available, but will not be CPE eligible. We will also enjoy time for networking, excellent food and drink, and even some fun! Come join us!
Prior to our meeting, please have a member of your business office team complete the annual survey. Also, please submit questions for our round table discussions sessions and to earn extra raffle tickets!
