Fee Schedule

Students: Free membership, access to rentals, services, programs.

Faculty, Staff, Emeritus, Adjunct: Free membership, access to rentals, services, programs.

Holy Cross Staff at UP: Free membership, access to rentals, services, programs.

Spouse, Domestic Partner, Child 18 years+ of student, faculty or staff: $120/semester for Fall or Spring, $80 for Summer, access to equipment and locker rental.

University of Portland Alumni: $120 per semester for Fall or Spring, $80 for Summer, access to equipment and locker rental.  10x, non-transferable alumni passes are available for $80 and are good for one year from purchase date.

Guests of student, faculty, staff or paid member: $8 per day, valid photo ID required, guests must be 18 years or older, except for special events where exception is stated, guest sponsor must be in facility while guest is using it. Limit 2 guests per visit, and 10 total guest visits per month.

Facility Services

Day use lockers are available throughout the facility and open to all users free of charge.

Small and medium lockers are available to rent and come with towel service: Small lockers are $30 per semester, medium are $40 per semester, and are available to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and spouses or partners of UP members.

Large lockers are available to rent and come with towel service, $60 per semester, and are available to students, faculty, and staff. Check for availability.

Memberships and locker payments may be made at the Beauchamp Center front desk. Renewals can be done online if you have an @up.edu email address.

Equipment

Those checking out or renting equipment are responsible for full replacement value for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment (replacement costs are available at front desk). Equipment is considered lost if it is not returned within ten days of the due date.
