Frequently Asked Questions

What does registration include?

Registration includes housing from Tuesday, June 21 to Friday, June 24 and meals beginning with dinner on Tuesday and ending with breakfast on Friday -- with the exception of dinner on your own on Wednesday. Commuter registration includes access to all conference events and meals, but does not include housing accommodations.

Are visitors required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend events at University of Portland?

All conference attendees who stay in a Residence Hall must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Please complete the attestation when registering for the conference.

All conference attendees not staying in a Residence Hall must do one of the following:

  • Attest when registering for the conference that they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19. For logistical purposes, this is our preference.
  • Attest at conference check-in that they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at least two weeks prior to the date of the conference.
  • Show proof they have tested negative for COVID-19 within 72 hours of the conference check-in.
