Why is listening important? How do I feel when someone truly listens to me and when I truly listen to another? And what do I do with someone’s story or with whatever information I hear?
In a time of ever-increasing division and conflict in our world, Ethics Week 2021 will focus on the honesty, humility, and power of true listening and authentic, responsible storytelling. Scheduled for February 1-5, 2021, this week will hold 3 distinct offerings for participants to hear from members of the UP and Portland communities for whom listening and storytelling are key parts of their daily professional and personal lives.
