Making a gift to the Dundon-Berchtold Institute will directly fund students participating in experiential learning opportunities focused on practical ethics, character formation, and the pursuit of a coherent morality. Whether through the Ethics and the Professions Internship program in the summer or the Research in the Application of Ethics program throughout the academic year, students dive deeply in the virtues of curiosity and compassion as they exercise their critical thinking skills. With DBI, students examine the decisions, practices, and impacts of individuals, organizations, fields, and systems as they explore the ethical frameworks of the world around them.
