Primary Care appointments are scheduled via phone at 503.943.7134.

If you get our voicemail, please state your name and call back number in your message.
If you do not have access to a phone, please email us at hcc@up.edu. Messages are typically responded to within one business day. 

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, closed for lunch daily from 12:00pm to 1:00pm

Cancel or Change an Appointment

Please call the Health & Counseling office at 503.943.7134 or email us at hcc@up.edu to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you leave a voicemail, please state your name and call back number in your message.

Some appointments may be canceled through the secure patient portal. Please log in and go to "Appointments" to see if your appointment can be canceled independently.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we appreciate at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment time. We value this notice, as it allows another student who needs medical care to utilize that time.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

If a student needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment at the Student Health Center, we appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time. We value this notice, as it allows another student who needs medical care to utilize that time.

In the interest of maintaining our appointment availability, students that cancel an appointment at the Health Center within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or miss (“no-show”) a scheduled appointment will incur a $30 fee. This late cancellation/ no-show fee will be billed to the student using the address on file in the Health Center.
