Through the Employee Home Loan Benefit Program the University of Portland aims to assist regular full-time, benefits eligible employees in their first home purchase within a North Portland neighborhood. The program is designed to strengthen the neighborhoods around the University, support recruitment and retention efforts while creating healthier lifestyles among employees.
Homes eligible for home loans must be located in Zone I, II or III on the Employee Home Loan Map.
