On-Campus Activities

While studying on campus, students will have the opportunity to see collegiate life through the eyes of a Pilot. Their summer stay is filled with an array of social activities that will give them a chance to meet fellow program participants and enjoy all of the amazing opportunities the campus has to offer. Program fees include access to the Beauchamp Recreation Center, a state-of-the-art fitness facility that houses a fitness center, group fitness studios, and multi-purpose courts.

All students must complete the Beauchamp Recreation Use Waiver prior to their arrival on campus. If a student is under the age of 16 his/her access to the facility will be restricted to the use of multi-purpose courts. We are sorry, but we cannot provide access to the fitness center or group class studios for students under the age of 16.

If a student is a minor, the form must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Students who do not complete the waiver will not be given access to the center. Once on campus, students will be expected to sign in with the front desk every time they enter the facility.
