Michael Pelley, Director
"Michael Pelley serves as an advisor for international students as well as a resource person and administrator for all matters related to international students at the University. He earned his BS in history from the University of Oregon and his MS in communication from University of Portland. Michael has lived and worked in Japan, Taiwan, and on the island of Yap as well as traveled extensively around Asia and Oceania. "
Marissa Wilkinson, Program Manager
"Marissa joined the International Student Services office as the Program Manager in August, 2024. She was born and raised in Portland and graduated from Westview High School in Beaverton. Before coming to UP, she worked as an admissions counselor and academic advisor at private, liberal arts universities in Texas and California. Marissa graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics and Finance from Austin College in 2018. During her time as an undergraduate student, she studied abroad in Geneva, Switzerland and Athens, Greece. Marissa loves scary movies, taking walks, and extolling the virtues of a liberal arts education. "
