University of Portland offers conditional admission to undergraduates who are applying for a home government scholarship and need to improve their English language skills prior to beginning classes at the University. Students seeking conditional admission must meet all application requirements, with the exception of an English language proficiency exam score.
Conditionally admitted students may begin at the University in the next available term once they have met the English language proficiency requirement. Review the checklist of required application items and don’t miss any important dates.
