For admission purposes, applicants are considered an international student if they are not a citizen or permanent resident of the United States, and they plan to attend the University in a valid non-immigrant visa status (F-1, J-1, E-2, H-4 visas as well as others). Review the checklist of required application items and don’t miss any important dates.
Note to NURSING applicants:
See the School of Nursing transfer information page for further details.
Note to ENGINEERING applicants: Engineering programs have additional prerequisite requirements for transfer admission eligibility; please review the Engineering transfer criteria, and contact intl-adm@up.edu if you have questions.
These two items are needed if you are accepted to the University in order to complete immigration form processing. The earlier these items are received the better we can assist you.
All documents submitted to UP become the property of the University and cannot be returned to applicants.
